    • International flights are not included in our trip packages. However, we provide assistance with booking international flights where applicable.

  • Are visas required for entry to the destinations?
    • Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality and the destination. We recommend checking with the embassy or consulate of the country you plan to visit for the most up-to-date information.
  • What’s the weather like during the trip?
    • Weather conditions vary depending on the destination and time of year. We provide detailed information about the weather in the trip itinerary to help you pack accordingly.
  • Is there a particular dress code for the trip?
    • Some destinations may have specific dress codes, especially for visiting religious sites. We provide guidance on appropriate attire in the trip itinerary.
  • What time is check-in and check-out at the hotels?

Payment Questions

  • What are the available payment options?
    • You can choose to pay for your trip in full at once or opt for a monthly payment plan. A $200 deposit is required upfront to reserve your spot.
  • Can I make payments in installments?
    • Yes, you can pay for your trip in equal monthly installments or all at once, whichever option works best for you.
  • What happens if I cannot make a payment on time?
    • If you cannot make a payment on time, please contact us to explore alternative options. Payments more than 21 days late without notice will incur a 15% late fee on the late payment.

    • You are welcome to join our trips as a solo traveler. Many of our participants come alone and form lasting friendships with fellow travelers during the journey.
  • If I change my mind, will I get a refund?
