  • All trip prices are in USD.
  • The cost of the trip is based on sharing a room with another participant. We carefully match travellers for compatibility. Before the trip, you’ll get to know other participants in a private group. If you’d rather have a room to yourself, you can opt for a single room at an extra cost.
  • International flights are not included in all experiences. Typically, Uttermost Travel trips cover your accommodation, activities, and local transportation. Some meals may be included (details available on each destination booking page).
  • We prioritize everyone’s safety. If a country is considered unsafe, we will reschedule the trip. If it’s canceled, you will receive a full refund.

Payment Plans 

Payment plans are available to help make paying for your travel more manageable. You can pay for your trip in equal monthly amounts or all at once.

LATE PAYMENT

If you cannot make a payment on time, please contact us at uttermosttravel@gmail.com to explore other options.

Payments more than 21 days late without notice will incur a 10% late fee to be added to the monthly payment.

Schedule Changes 

In the event of unexpected circumstances such as bad weather or operational issues, Uttermost Travel reserves the right to make changes to the trip schedule. Participants will be notified promptly of any schedule changes and provided with alternative options.

If a trip is delayed because of COVID or unexpected events, it will be rescheduled.

  • If the new dates don’t work, you will receive a full refund.

TRIP CANCELLATION BY UTTERMOST TRAVEL

If a trip is canceled by Uttermost Travel due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the trip. Uttermost Travel prioritizes the safety and well-being of all participants and will make every effort to reschedule or refund affected trips promptly.

You will be responsible for any additional expenses outside outside of the trip cost.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

At Uttermost Travel, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. We strive to provide flexible options for cancellations and refunds while also ensuring the fairness of our policies to all participants. Please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds:

DEPOSIT

Your deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied to a different trip. It secures your spot and contributes to the total trip cost.

IF YOU CANCEL: 

  • More than 6 months before your trip and the trip is sold out, you will get a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit).
  • Between 6 months and 91 days, you can transfer the full balance to another future trip.
  • Between 61 and 90 days, a 30% cancellation fee applies, and the remaining 70% can be used as credit for a future trip.
  • Between 31 and 60 days, a 50% cancellation fee applies, and the remaining 50% can be used as credit for a future trip.
  • Less than 30 days before your trip, the cancellation fee is the full booking value, this is not eligible for a refund. 

REFUNDS

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation. Please note that refunds will be issued minus non refundable deposit and any applicable cancellation fees according to the policy outlined above. If you have questions, please send us a message to clarify.
