    • Private Trips: Fully customized travel based on your preferences, dates, and budget. We handle the details—you enjoy the journey.

  • Depending on the type of trip, our services may include:

    • Flights and accommodations

    • Tours and activities bookings

    • Ground transportation

    • Restaurant bookings

    • On-call travel support
      You’ll receive a complete, ready-to-go itinerary and any booking confirmations you need.

  • Yes! We can guide you on visa requirements based on your destination and passport. While we don’t issue travel insurance ourselves, we can recommend trusted providers.

  • Absolutely. We’ll ask about your budget upfront and tailor options that give you the best experience without stretching your finances. Private trips especially can be scaled based on your priorities.

  • For group trips, it’s best to reserve your spot as early as possible since space is limited.
    For private trips, we recommend starting at least 2–3 months in advance (or longer for more complex itineraries).

  • Our planning fees vary depending on the trip type and level of customization. Group trip prices are listed upfront. For private trips, we charge a flat planning fee that covers research, booking, and itinerary design.

  • Yes! For both group and private trips, we offer flexible payment options to help make travel more accessible. Just ask us what's available based on your trip type.

  • Not at all. While our group trips are a great way to meet new people and explore together, our private travel services are designed just for you or your crew. Whether you're celebrating something special or just need a break, we can help plan it your way.

  • Definitely. As long as there’s space on the trip, your people are welcome to join! Many travelers come solo but leave with lifelong friends—and some even bring their whole crew.

Payments & Refund

  • You can choose to pay for your trip in full at once or opt for a monthly payment plan. A first payment is required upfront to reserve your spot.

  • Yes, you can pay for your trip in equal monthly instalments or all at once, whichever option works best for you.

  • If you cannot make a payment on time, please contact us to explore alternative options. Payments more than 21 days late without notice will incur a 15% late fee on the late payment. 

    • Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy. Please refer to our Booking Terms for detailed information on cancellations and refunds.

Group Trip Related

  • International flights are not included in our trip packages. However, we provide assistance with booking international flights where applicable.

    For the comfort of our travellers, local flights are included (where specified) in the trip cost. 

  • Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality and the destination. We recommend checking with the embassy or consulate of the country you plan to visit for the most up-to-date information.

  • Yes. Travel insurance is required for every participant on our group trips. It protects you in case of unexpected situations such as medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or travel delays. We recommend first checking with your employer or benefits provider to see if you already have coverage. If not, you can purchase a policy from a reputable travel insurance company before your trip.

  • Absolutely! Our group trips are open to individuals of all genders who share a passion for travel and cultural exploration.

  • Double occupancy refers to accommodation shared by two travelers, typically in a twin or double room. If you prefer a room to yourself, you can opt for a single room at an additional cost. Send us an email to uttermosttravel@gmail.com to inquire. 

  • Group sizes vary depending on the trip (8-12), we strive to keep them small and intimate to enhance the overall experience.

  • Some destinations may have specific dress codes, especially for visiting religious sites. We provide guidance on appropriate attire in the trip itinerary.

  • If you wish to change your selected trip, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. Changes may be subject to availability and additional fees.

  • Our trip packages include accommodation, select meals, guided tours and activities, ground transportation, local flights (where specified). Please refer to the specific trip itinerary for detailed inclusions.

  • Our trips attract travellers of all ages, but the average age tends to range from 30-45. We welcome individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
