Absolutely. We’ll ask about your budget upfront and tailor options that give you the best experience without stretching your finances. Private trips especially can be scaled based on your priorities.

For group trips, it’s best to reserve your spot as early as possible since space is limited.
For private trips, we recommend starting at least 2–3 months in advance (or longer for more complex itineraries). -
Our planning fees vary depending on the trip type and level of customization. Group trip prices are listed upfront. For private trips, we charge a flat planning fee that covers research, booking, and itinerary design.

Payments & Refund

You can choose to pay for your trip in full at once or opt for a monthly payment plan. A first payment is required upfront to reserve your spot.

Yes, you can pay for your trip in equal monthly instalments or all at once, whichever option works best for you.

If you cannot make a payment on time, please contact us to explore alternative options. Payments more than 21 days late without notice will incur a 15% late fee on the late payment.

Group Trip Related

International flights are not included in our trip packages. However, we provide assistance with booking international flights where applicable.
For the comfort of our travellers, local flights are included (where specified) in the trip cost.

Yes. Travel insurance is required for every participant on our group trips. It protects you in case of unexpected situations such as medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or travel delays. We recommend first checking with your employer or benefits provider to see if you already have coverage. If not, you can purchase a policy from a reputable travel insurance company before your trip.
