Your Faith Was Never Meant to Stay Home
Some of us grew up believing spiritual depth only lives in one destination, that Israel is the only place where biblical history feels real. Step outside of that and a tension shows up fast. Enjoy the culture, but leave your faith at the gate.
Others never grew up with that framework at all, but still felt something when they stood somewhere old, somewhere far from home, somewhere that asked a bigger question than their everyday life ever did.
Either way, most trips are not built to hold that. They give you the itinerary and skip the part where something actually shifts in you.
We started Uttermost Travel because we felt that gap ourselves. A trip to Jordan showed us how much Bible history lives outside the one destination people usually point to. A study of the seven churches in Revelation led us through modern day Turkey and became our first group trip. That was when we stopped believing God needed a vacation every time we travelled.
Now we build every trip to hold both. Culture and beauty alongside faith and reflection, whether that faith is fully formed, still taking shape, or just curious. There is room for God here, and room for wherever you are with Him.
